One principal. Both sides of the ocean.
Corepoint Project Management runs owner-side project management and European procurement coordination for high-end interiors in the United States, from Milan. The schedule, the cost position and the coordination risk are held on the client’s side.
Projects delivered across the US
Before Corepoint, seven years of interior projects run from Chicago reached ten states, from New York and the Florida Keys to Aspen, Sun Valley and Jackson Hole. The same approach holds wherever the project sits: control runs remotely, and site visits are planned around the milestones that matter.

What sets Corepoint apart
On a luxury interior, every stakeholder sees one part of the project. Corepoint works across all of them on the owner’s behalf, bringing the design knowledge and factory experience that keep the details intact from specification to installation.
- One control point
- From the factory floor in Italy to the finished room in the US, the project runs through one person who has worked on both sides.
- Factory access
- Years of direct work with the production offices behind the brands below, so questions reach the people who make the product, in Italian.
- Design literacy
- A designer’s training and a technician’s eye: shop drawings, finishes and site dimensions reconciled before anything is made.
- Founder-led
- The founder who takes the first call leads the project to closeout, bringing in specialists only where the scope calls for them.
- Owner’s side only
- The approved scope sets the terms of every conversation with designers, makers and contractors. Corepoint answers to the owner alone.
The factories behind the specification
The list below reflects direct work with the production offices of twelve Italian manufacturers, many of them a short drive from Milan. Specifications, orders, lead times and site issues are resolved with the factory, in Italian, and carried through to the US jobsite.
Brands are listed to reflect working experience, not affiliation or endorsement.
Our background
Corepoint is led by its founder, Alessandro Bruno. Trained at the Politecnico di Milano, with a bachelor’s degree in industrial design and a master’s in interior design, he started at the Boffi & DePadova headquarters in Brianza, planning, pricing and drawing projects for the brand’s showroom network worldwide.
He then moved to Chicago, to one of the brand’s flagship showrooms, managing eight to twelve concurrent projects, some carrying up to $600,000 in goods from a single vendor, each run from technical drawings and procurement through production, delivery and installation. With Luca Lanzetta Group for Rimadesio, he was senior project manager on the renovation of a Chicago landmark into the group’s flagship, while continuing to support clients on their interior renovations.
Design training and jobsite experience come together here: specifications are read the way the design team intended, and pressure points are caught early. Corepoint turns that knowledge into project control.
