Who we serve

Studios & Showrooms

Operating context

The coordination layer between order and installation

Studios and showroom networks run the same sequence on every project: design and selection, specification, order, production, jobsite coordination, freight, delivery, installation and handover.

With European product, most of that sequence sits with production offices in Italy and across Europe, working their own day in their own language while the jobsite runs on US time. Every exchange costs a day.

Most practices do have someone holding this together. In a studio it falls to the principal, or to a project manager already running several projects, between design reviews and client meetings. In a showroom it is absorbed by the senior person in the store, usually a location manager carrying a sales number alongside it. At low volume the arrangement holds. As concurrent projects increase, that person becomes the bottleneck: coordination between order and installation is a full-time role that nobody formally holds.

Three client profiles

Design-build studiosA roster of concurrent projects coordinated by the principal between client meetings, with purchasing and site follow-up running at the studio’s most expensive hourly rate.
Architecture studiosDesign authority held in-house, with procurement, lead times and site coordination consuming hours that belong to design development.
Showroom & dealer networksOrder-to-installation control per location, where the senior salesperson currently absorbs the project management alongside a sales number.

Corepoint Portfolio-Level Services

Two services across a portfolio, engaged separately: control across a studio’s project roster, and order-to-installation control per location, for showrooms and studios.

Studio Portfolio Coordination

Status tracking, purchasing, cash timing and site coordination across a studio’s concurrent projects.Status tracking, purchasing, cash timing and site coordination across a studio’s concurrent projects, with weekly and monthly dashboard reporting of the whole roster.

Studios don’t lose money one project at a time. They lose it in the gaps between projects — orders tracked in inboxes, install conflicts found late, deposits due before client money lands, no single place where the whole book of work is visible. This service is that place: one status board, one procurement tracker, one cash-timing view across the roster, run on a monthly rhythm.

The retainer is fixed and independent of purchase volume. Corepoint holds no payment or account access and makes no final vendor selection.

Design authority and client relationships stay with the studio.

Project Operations

Order-to-installation control across a showroom or dealer network, engaged per location. The project management layer between order and installation for showrooms and dealer networks, engaged per location, from PO confirmation to closed-out handover.

In most showroom networks the sequence is absorbed by the senior person in the store, usually a location manager carrying a sales number alongside it. It holds at low volume. As the number of concurrent projects rises, specification drifts between what was sold and what ships, sequencing turns into daily firefighting, and handover has no defined path back to the production office.

Corepoint runs the project management layer per location: order and PO control against released design, production tracked with the factory in Italian, a readiness gate before delivery, and closeout through handover.

Design and the client relationship stay with showroom staff.
