Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of corepointpm.com (the “website”). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Who operates this website
The website is operated by Corepoint Project Management, an interior construction project management practice based in Milan, Italy, led by Alessandro Bruno as managing partner.
3. No professional advice and no engagement
The website is informational. Nothing on it constitutes project management, architectural, engineering, construction, legal, tax or financial advice, and nothing on it should be relied upon in place of professional advice obtained for your own project.
Using the website, submitting the contact form, sending an email or holding a discovery call does not create a client, advisory, fiduciary or other professional relationship with Corepoint. Any engagement is subject to a separate written agreement: a scope of work, exclusion schedule and fee structure agreed and signed by both parties. Until that is in place, no obligation or duty of care is assumed on either side.
4. Scope of the practice and professional licensure
Corepoint provides project management, coordination and procurement services on the owner’s side. Corepoint is not an architect, engineer or general contractor, holds no professional license or registration in Italy, the United States or any other jurisdiction, and is not the architect or engineer of record on any project.
Nothing on the website is an offer to perform, and no engagement includes, any service reserved by law to a licensed architect, engineer, surveyor or contractor — including design, stamping or sealing of drawings, structural or MEP engineering, code-compliance certification, permit applications, site supervision, construction means and methods, or site safety. Those services must be procured from appropriately licensed professionals, and Corepoint’s role is to coordinate, document and report, not to substitute for them.
5. Indicative figures and no guarantee of outcome
Fee bands, engagement minimums, durations, deliverable lists and timeframes shown on the website are indicative and provided to help you judge fit. They are not offers, quotations or commitments. The figures that apply to an engagement are those confirmed in the written scope.
Descriptions of past projects and outcomes are not a prediction or guarantee of results on any other project. Corepoint identifies, sequences and reports risk; it does not assume or underwrite it, and it does not guarantee any schedule, budget, quality or procurement outcome.
6. Project material, images and confidentiality
Images, descriptions, locations, documents and project details on the website are provided for illustrative and informational purposes. Information may have been modified, generalized, anonymized or omitted to protect client privacy and confidentiality: identities, addresses, commercial terms and confidential data are removed or replaced.
Project material is published either with the client’s permission or in generalized or anonymized form. Corepoint does not knowingly identify a confidential client, property or project without authorization. Material on the website should not be treated as a representation about any identifiable project, client or third party.
Photographs and drawings may be subject to rights held by photographers, design studios, manufacturers or owners, and are reproduced with permission or under license. If you hold rights in any material published here and believe it has been used without proper authority, write to info@corepointpm.com and it will be reviewed and, where appropriate, removed promptly.
7. Third-party names and trademarks
Manufacturer, brand, studio and product names appearing on the website are the trademarks of their respective owners. They are used descriptively, to identify products and production offices Corepoint has worked with or coordinated, and for no other purpose.
Their use does not imply any partnership, agency, dealership, authorization, sponsorship or endorsement by or of those owners, and Corepoint does not represent or act on behalf of any of them. Corepoint is an independent practice and takes no commission, rebate or referral fee from any manufacturer, vendor, dealer or contractor.
8. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, the content of the website — text, layout, graphics, document structures, register and report formats, and the Corepoint name and mark — is owned by Corepoint or used under license, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You may view the website and print or download extracts for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, adapt or commercially exploit any part of it, or use our templates, register structures or reporting formats to provide services to others, without prior written permission from Corepoint or the applicable rights holder.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the website for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms;
- submit false, misleading or third-party information through the contact form without authority to do so;
- upload any file containing malicious code, or any material you do not have the right to share;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its server or any connected system;
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract content from the website by automated means, including for the training of machine-learning systems.
10. Material you submit
You are welcome to attach drawings, schedules, budgets or other project material to the contact form or to an email, and describing a project usually requires it. Material sent before an engagement and its confidentiality terms are agreed is not received under any obligation of confidence and is not covered by a confidentiality agreement. Send what is needed to describe the project, and hold anything more commercially sensitive until a confidentiality agreement is in place. Personal data submitted through the website is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
You confirm that you have the right to share anything you send, including any drawing, schedule or document belonging to a third party. Unsolicited concepts, proposals or ideas sent to us are received on a non-confidential basis and create no obligation of any kind; if you wish material to be treated as confidential, agree that in writing with us first.
11. Third-party links
The website may link to third-party websites or resources. Those are provided for convenience only. We do not control them, do not endorse their content, and accept no responsibility for their availability, content, security or practices.
12. Availability and disclaimers
The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We endeavor to provide accurate and useful information but do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its content is complete, current or suitable for any particular purpose. We may change, suspend or withdraw the website or any part of it at any time without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Corepoint and its collaborators, representatives and service providers will not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your access to, use of, inability to use, or reliance upon the website or its content. This includes any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, and any loss of profit, revenue, contract, data or anticipated savings.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not permit it to be excluded or limited — including liability arising from willful misconduct or gross negligence, liability for death or personal injury, and any right you may have as a consumer under mandatory law.
14. Privacy
Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how it is handled.
15. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of your use is the version that applies, and the date above shows when it was last revised.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the website, are governed by Italian law.
If you use the website in the course of a business or profession, the courts of Milan, Italy, have exclusive jurisdiction.
If you use the website as a consumer, nothing in these terms deprives you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence, and you may bring or defend proceedings in the courts of that country where applicable law gives you that right.
17. General
If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Corepoint concerning use of the website, and do not affect or vary the terms of any signed engagement. These terms are published in English; any translation is provided for convenience and the English version prevails.
